                    Headlines read: The World is Beautiful
                    God made it all, and He made you and I
                    So we're beautiful too, but the papers left that out

                    Yes, I know life is short,
                    but come sit with me
                    is it really about running to and from your problems?

                    Let's just sit still,
                    watch the Earth, the heads, and the colours turn
                    till all the fire inside you decides not to burn
                    and your limbs go numb so your sins don't hurt
                    till a writer comes along and describes it in words

                    I believe we were given five senses for a reason
                    One for each piece of Nature's heart in five seasons

                                        Winter
                                        Spring
                                        Summer                   I love each and every one
                                        Autumn
                                        and You

I had a stick of CareFree gum, but it didn't work. I felt pretty good while I was blowing that bubble, but as soon as the gum lost its flavor, I was back to pondering my mortality.
